This was an awesome episode. There were some awesome performances, Rani was great and loads of fun! Last week, I polled readers of my site and asked them whether VoI has gone down the drain or not. Close to 50% of the folks still have hope that VoI will get better. And boy, they were right! And yes, they don’t declare who is eliminated today. I don’t know how Gaji plans to end this show! What was your favorite performance today?

Today i believe Voice of India is becoming a money spinner and not a talent Hunt.
The very fact is from top 4 we go back to top 7 and one of the earlier top 4 get eliminated.
When the program originated everone knew that the public would decide who will be eliminated. We need to accept this. And not because one single contestant goes out a few judges are unhappy, a CM (who perhaps never voted for the contestant) is unhappy that we plan a comback contest for these eliminated contestants.
This is totaly unfair for the existing contestants, the public who earlier voted but who cares. I do not think the channel cares, Gajendra cares about talent hunts. More votes means more SMS’s , More money.
Just looked at Ishmeets performance. Not only shiny ahuja was impressed but every body at our home could not make out any difference between shan’s and Ishmeet’s voice. I think he has got a voice quality which can take him on the top. Why this forum is neglecting him so much I just can’t understand. Perhaps they think that making harqats and singing fast and wearing some goody goody make up makes voice of india. Let us see if all judges are proved wrong or not. It is the people of India who will decide the fate of participating singers. Today I liked the Ishmeets performance the most and my vote goes to him right now.Here it goes………………

The Amul VOI has become a big farce, it is all fake like how the judges want it not the nation, Sorry to say this.The judges have bought back their loved Contestants, They swear on God saying i will get u back & thats what they have done.
Why are the contestant like Abhilasha pampered by judges, she should have gone out long back. it is all rigged. Star VOI started with a bang but it is now all turned into custard all courtesy to Judges. Please stop fooling the Indian people, we as true music lovers & true indians did not expect this out of star VOI.

Dear Gajji I dont think that thgis programme is heading in the right direction. It took off very well mature also nicely, but now I think it has lost the plot. the main aim of the programme was to bring best out of a person and give us voice of india. Where there should have been no favouritism, baised opinion or inclination towards any singer. In the last couple of episode we have seen mockery of rules and this programme has become laughing stock in the eyes of viewer. If i am not wrong ihave learnt that ABHILASHA has been eliminated which has killed the spirit of the programme. What a joke! Aperson who was eliminated in 7th or 8th position are back and abhilasha, who was on 4th position ( ficticiously now on 7th ) Has been eliminated. Now will any judge use VITO power?If not then why not. When they can favour three contestants why not abhilasha now.Again there is a catch here this way programme will never end!!!! I wouldnt ahve mind if abhilasha had eliminated at 4th position without giving chance to other contestants, which would have been fair. But now this all looks totally rubbish. Is there any sanctitiy in any rule in this programme. Iam torally disappointed, this programme has no soul, santity, base, rule, and credibility to carry on. Please stop this circus and go home we know who are the good voices of india.

in my opinionion TOSHI was the best in all the the four songs he performed…. please everyone vote for TOSHI.

and the e-mail id doesn’t need to be genuine one… as the website itself is not sending the activation e-mail u can’t log in afterwards even if the e-mail id is a genuine one… so why bother… u are automatically logged in for once after u get registered… u can vote 20 times after that… then close the browser and open it again… and go to the official voting site … register again… and vote for 20 times… repeat 5 times….

The best performance that i found good was Abhilashas and priyanis( Chalka). They both sang really good and Abhilasha was so good today she even looked good in the dress. She sings so sweetly i liked her performances and as for priyani in this song she went a little bit up and down and out of sur. Overall everyone performed good except irfan. Again he had that base missing in his voice and it seemes quite odd with Harshits base type voice . Irfan is a stink .he and priyani should have gone out before abhilasha because she deserved to stay. aBHILASHA ROCKS AND I KNOW SOON SHE WILL BE PLAYING A ROLE OF A GOOD PLAYBACK SINGER!!!
I agree with Sanjay. Its a shame to see abhilasha go out when she had initially reached top 4. Wild card is unfair. This was the Janta that voted this people out and now they getting more votes. Something is really wrong. I saw this weeks episode and as much as I like Toshi and Priyani but they need to change their comback attitude. Toshi though has a good voice but only for certain types of songs will suit him and be will be better as a stage perfomer.
The singing and performances were good, but why torture us with Ishmeet’s stage performance in Suno Na? His singing wasn’t bad, infact it was good, better than most of his other days. But oh man, this guy should not be in front of the camera. I was laughing my heart out when he was trying to dance or whatever he was doing. Terrible stage performer, decent playback singer. Definitely not VOI!
I have been following this show since a long time, I loved the voices of Toshi, Sumitra, Irfan, Harshit and some times Abhilasha’s too……..but now after all this drama I don’t like Toshi, Priyani and most of all Abhas…..I mean I feel its not fair for the other participants…….The jury rejected Abhas even then the judges brought him back in the race…I agree he is a good singer but if the jury decided that he should not be back then its like questioning there decision…….more over this whole contest is based on luck and the results will not be TRUE which one can make out by the fact that the contestants who were on the 4th/5th postions on the first time they are out……….so may be if you start the whole program again(with the same participants)there might be all new “Bemisaal Barah” The winner of this show might not be in the next one……..so its all just a time pass no serious business as I was taking it earlier……Good luck to all…
I totally agree with Faizan…had it not been for Toshi and Irfan i wud have stopped watching the show.
All 2 shows have become gimmicks like though. Amit Paul was the best singer at INDIAN IDOL but he lost to a far inferior singer Prashant. Raja Hassan was the best singer on SRGMP but once he lost to a totally mediocre singer Aneek Dhar, I am afraid the same might happen at SVOI. I agree with music director Khayyam that it aint the public’s job to judge theses singer it is the job of people who have acquired the knowledge of music, singing anf lyrics.
I agree with Rani Mukherjee and think that Abhas hsa the best voice in the competition. Abhas is my SVOI. His voice is beautiful and he can really move people with his great songs. I hope that Abhas wins; he most definitely deserves to.
i disagree regarding judges decision. if you with the judges raja would have gone long time before. when he got thrown away by guest judge

I am really angered by the fact that Abhilasha has been eliminated in the 13th october episode. The anguish and the anticipation caused from Friday has ended with Abhilasha getting kicked out. I mean what injustice of Star Plus is this to thee fact that they are down right partial to all the contestants. It seems that due to the public half the times Toshi is the one who is sitting in the limelight and the others just get shunned. Why have voting at all if Star favours Toshi and Priyani and introduce Wild Card entries because Toshi was out? When Alka had introduced the wild card idea she should have made sure that it was done to give everyone equal chance and not be dominant over the initial top four Ishmeet, Irfan, Abhilasha and Harshit. After all they have done their duty in singing and come to the top four. The wild card intervention is not at all befitting Star. It is unfair on Abhilasha to not give her a sexond chance. Where are all those people who stood up for Toshi and Sumitra? Now why didnt they even breathe a word when Abhilasha got eliminated. If the idea was really to select a few people like Toshi, why have public voting at all? You should give the title of Star Voice to Toshi directly. Despite this on screen injustice Abhilasha was decent enough not to cry and she gave a befitting reply by singing very well ‘Hey Shona’. I am very proud of Abhilasha and I am actually shocked that star would mess up the show just because of some temporary emotions which sprung up when Toshi was eliminated. Why if the wild card entry hadnt been introduced there would have been a just end to the show but ow that the top four i mentioned did not have appeared to get a second chance I think star plus has reached their lowest limits. One should take a leaf from Sony’s book why their ‘ Indian Idol’ was such a success- it’s simple They may not have had very best contestents but they were fair to all the contestants. It would be nice and just if Star Plus would give Ishmeet, Abhilasha, Irfan and Harshit a second chance when they get eliminated too or I am failing Star Plus and will be forced to believe that Star Plus has messed up a good reality show and will never show interest in it again. This will also make Star Plus lose many of its viewers from south and North as well. I am sure that Star will not want the remaining people in south to stop watching their shows. I hope star plus and the esteemed judges who have atleast som power over the show read this and do the needful. I had to point out the injustice as I was very sad when Abhilasha was eliminated.

HEY MAN WHAT IF HE IS WEARING TURBAN AND DANCING ON THE STAGE,IF U DONT FEEL THAT HE IS GOOD IN THAT,DO U REMEMBER DALER MEHNDI,MALKIT SINGH ALL WEAR TURBAN AND THEY MAKE PEOPLE DANCE IN THERE SHOWS,I ASSURE U ISHMEET WILL NOT DISAPPOINT U PPL AND WILL BE GOOD PERFORMER ON SATGE TOO.
HE HAS GOOD VOICE AND HE IS LEARNING A LOT WITH TIME,THE BASIC IS VOICE,WHICH HE HAVE,REST WITH PRACTISE AND MATURITY HE WILL IMPROVE
My previous comment was not against Toshi but was pointing out the fact that Star has been playing with the arms of law as far as gajendra singh has chalked out the rules. Why should Toshi come back when he was eliminated in the first place. I am sure Star was scared that the people would mobe them and boycott their shows due to that hartal conducted on Sep. 1st. I was very shocked to see Aadesh’s excitement at Toshi singing and eggin all the people to vote for him. Why? He has come mainly due to grace votes and so have the other participants from wild card entry. I agree Toshi and Priyani and Abbhas have beautiful voices but Star Voices have turned the show into a mere soap as usual have managed to get sympathy votes for all the wild card entries. It should have been stated that once the participants have been eliminated they have been eliminated but now that the wild card entry has come up Abhilasha SHOULD get another chance.I hope star will not be blind in their decision. It is not that it is only me or a few others who have expressed their anger on star’s indecent decisions but it will be mane lakhs of others who have not posted on this blog. I hope the Star coordinators take heed of these messages and concentrate on being fair and give justice to the fact that the initial final four were better than the rest. Star SHOULD buck up or everybody will get to know that they are brain washing the public as well as the four final contestants and turning their show into a pile of rubbish or a common soap. I hope the moderator sends across mine and many other similar messages across to the “fair” judge panel and Gajendra to atleast wake them up saying that India is angry at their way of conducting a one great show.

hey man why did you call me a cheater….
the voi website says that you can vote 20 times from one e-mail id… and 5-email ids per ip address… if you don’t believe me then go and check before you call someone by any names… abusive language must be prohibited… if the website is designed like that… and the voi team allows it… inj written… why the hell are you calling me a cheater…
and about the e-mail ids… i mean the fake e-mail ids i said… that was a tip for all you guys as the voi website is not sending the activation e-mail … if they are not sending the activation e-mails then how can you vote in the next week episode… i guess you don’t have hundreds of genuine e-mail ids…. i guess i have made my point clear… and watch your tongue before you call anyone by bad names…
and about multiple voting… the voi rules allows 20 sms from one mobile no… 20 votes from one e-mail id… etc… so if i have 20 votes i can always cast my 20 votes to anyone i like.

Nothing amazed me other than the emotions of the judges. The Judges should be ashamed to show emotions in public. It is a democratic process in which public decide who to stay in and who to stay out of the contest. So the Judges have no authority to refuse the judgement of public. Don’t understand what made the Judges to bring back the ex-contestants to continue in the program when they are voted to be out… Can Zee TV answer to the public for that….?

AMEERA, are you dumb? Toshi isnt on this site,he doesnt come here and check it everyday and he doesnt give random people his “id”. thats the stupidiest request i have ever heard. just watch the videos and enjoy, none of the stars are ever going to reply on here to you because they arent on here.
I cried all throughout Abhilasha’s dignified elimination and what a wonderful touching rendition by Abhilasha with Shaan. Alka just looked so guilty and seemed to have cried before the episode.
You will go very very far nightingale!!! - sad we won’t be able to hear you sing anymore. You just stood way above the others and were the best female artist on VOI. JUST loved your beautiful voice. There is another door open for you girl on the other side!!!
This show has lost its charm now. I only visit this web site to know if anyone sings any popular songs.
In brief i finish watching evey show in jsut 10 mins…!!!!Not interested to know how judges/gues comments any more.
Thosi….i think should not get eliminated. He should be crowned VOI and sent back to Bombay bar to sing without anyone recongnizing his achivement. He spoiled the show by begging/exposing his financial situation. Shame on Toshi,Abas and priyani to be standing there while others who din’t use second chance r voted out.
Now i regret for spending soo much time on VOI when indian idol and SRGMP was running simultaneously.
well wild card entry is nothing new in the process of reality shows…SRGMPA nd Indian Idol also had wild card entries….but wild card entry in this stage may be a matter of criticism….and among the the contestants i think TOSHI should be careful about his HIGH nodes.
again after his return he is little careless about his performances…this is a bad sign…and i disagree that TOSHI is a limited singer…his singing sounds diff doesnt mean that he is a limited singer…every singer here has his own ZONE of singing…Harshit or Abhas cannot sing the songs that TOSHI sings best…does it make Harshit or Abhas a limited singer???….so stop such comments…these doesnt make n e sense.
I should say that Toshi must concentrate in his own ZONE…always a specialist bowler or batsman is a bigger star than an all rounder….hope that TOSHI will be a legend in his own zone as well as try other kinds of songs later on…he has proved earlier that he sing other songs well.

hey ritu! please stop thinkin like this… its not a matter of Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christians or any religion…. nobody’s liking anyone on religious/community basis. i tell u what..I Uzma, i m Muslim.. but i don like Toshi ask me Y i don? because he used back of Gajendra Singh, Abhijeet or i don know whose to come back to the show!!! all the wild card entry drama is for him. he’s good but for this reason i don like him and even, as i said earlier, he can sing certain kind of songs. Same for Abhaas he came because Jatin wants him to back in the show. And, i also tell u My most favourite contestants in this show is Abhilasha, Priyani and Irfan… they are real they never used there families/financial status for any sympathy/support. They work hard for there performances. Its very clear that they are participating in this show for singing and to win the show/compete it on the basis of there talent… not after collecting sympathies of people…
So i again request u..dont think like that, do not involve religion of anyone/community.

NOW FINALLY ABHILASH AHAS BEEN ELIMINATED THIS ISNT A SHOCK TO ME FRANKLY SPEAKING BECAUSE ALKA JE HAD BEEN PAMPERING HER FOR SO LONG. IF SHE FORGETS SONG AND SHE DID FOR 2 TIMES SHE AGAIN REMAINS IN THE SHOW BUT IF AND MIRANDE NOT SINGS PROPERLY EVEN A SINGLE SONG AND THIS WAS ACCEPTED BY ISHA TOO WHEN SHE CAME IN THE SHOW ON 8TH SEP SHE GETS ELIMINATED IN THE OTHER EPISODE………WHAT IS THIS WHY THESE JUDGES AND GAJI JI ARE TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOL………HMMM?????????
