Priyani sings Badal Pe Paon Hai

Next we have Priyani on pitch and she sang ‘Badal Pe Paon Hai’ from the movie ‘Chak De India’. I like this song very much and I am not sure if I really liked how she sang it. It felt as if her voice was stretching out. Did you like it?

    Well I think she was trying too hard…

    I agree with the general sentiment of this site that the participants should be allowed to select their own songs…You do not need an all rounders in music industry!! Kailash Kher cannot do any justice to songs like Jab se tere Naina..and Shan is no match for a song like Teri Deewani..It does not take an Einstein to figure this out..

    I do not think there is any way out of the general degradation of these shows…SRGMP is still on track and has not completely gone down the drain…And it scores way above any other show this season…

    I do not believe this show is directed by the same man who gave us SRGMP of yesteryears..Give us that charm back and there is no reason why TRP would go down..

    Hmmm… well once again Priyani there are so many hope from you …. once agian for sure it wasn’t her one of the GOOD PERFORMANCES :( she cuold have done much much better but unfortunately she couldn’t do it this time… only if she would have selected a better song she must have had it … PRIYANI wish u luck and hope u sing some better song like u did before elimination….

    I think “badal pe” is not her best performance; she can do much much better. But even the song itself is not a performance oriented song. And I didn’t like the “cricket” flavour of that show. Those 2 didn’t blend well. I am losing interest in the overall program. Daler Mehendi’s presence didn’t help at all. Other than “Rang De” most of the songs were really “chalu” songs which is not acceptable at this stage of the program. Gajji has to do something to betterment of this program. It is sad but I have to say Zee’s Challenge 2007 is way ahead.

    all singers should be allowed to sing one type of song like sad, classically based, ghazal or the singers should have the choice.people begging for votes showing their parents or grand parents to stop.more than anything the judges should stop critisising the public or those watching the show. who would like to watch a show where u r criticised
