How Toshi can be voted out is beyond me.
It was heart breaking to see Toshi cry. Such an amazing and versatile singer. How could people vote him out? There has to be a veto option with judges so that they can rule out such stupid voting.
I can’t help but cry. Toshi pointed out that he never mentioned that he has really struggled to come to this stage and he doesn’t want to go back to that ‘gandagi’. One could feel the pain he was experiencing. I really really wish him good luck. I hope the lady luck smiles at him as he works hard in life.
And yes, I want to tell him…‘Ye Honsla Kaise Juke…Ye Aarzoo kaise ruke…’ Toshi, keep going my friend!

I’m serious. How can people of India not vote for Toshi….this voting system is pissing me off.I swear Toshi is #1 of all and he does not deserve to be out of the show.I wish i could do something.I never cried so much before when i saw Toshi couldn’t make it and i really appreciate Abhijeet’s support to Toshi….and yes one suggestion to Mr.Gajendra that let Jury take decisions.Public know nothing.Period.

i liked SVOI, but i think i should not watch it now becuase toshi is not here, i like him, i love him and i miss him not becuase he is muslim and i am also but he deserve to love. i think 90% of the viewers want to watch him as a singer in SVOI. I want to share something with all of you that why first 2 participants from pirthivi has out and after that 2 from Agni. it seems odd. it shows something behind viewers vote.

It is extremely annoying and disappointing to see the results this week. Toshi does not deserve to be eliminated. This is really not an injustice with Toshi this is an injustice with music. For me he is the best singer of VOI. But we lost him. This is unbeliveable for me that I can’t see Toshi on the stage of VOI. SO now this is a request to the team of VOI please bring TOshi again by Wild card or some other process. Because this result is not acceptable for the fan’s of Toshi and the judges also.
For Toshi i will say one thing, “Sur may hey dharti sara aur usme hey kuch tara” and Toshi is one of them.

I think it is a FAKE Voting system, maybe Toshi’s votes are going to someone else. Adesh and his partner are responsible for Toshi’s Exit.
FIrst of all Public Voting is not correct. Judges should take 70% decision and Public voting 30%.
And the Best Singers in VOI are Toshi,Irfan and Harshit. Irfan’s Dilse performance was really rocking. I want to watch his performance again and again.
Some good music Director should take Toshi and give him chance and I am sure he will be one of the Top Singer.

If you pay money to pass an examination it becomes a “BREAKING NEWS” for these channels then where are STAR news journalists NOW… why don’t they tell that their own channel has eliminated a talent because the contendent could not get them MORE MONEY… why don’t they tell that how their own channel is openly cheating people, giving them a star and then horrifying them to eliminate it if they don’t PAY… How could they play a game with us like THAT… And if they can then why can’t we teach them a LESSON…

Thanks to Mr. Gajendra too for apologizing but this is not sufficient.. if the public voting remain the only decision this could happen again with any of the best contendents.. Mr. Gajendra, you must have to come out with an alternate, we assure you for your TRP but you must revert to Judges for final decision and to advertisement for finance.
Also the judges should mark their points only after all the performances, this way they will be able to really Judge them otherwise sometimes they feel that they gave more marks to a contestent after listening to another.

It’s very hard to believe that we can’t see TOSHI anymore on SVOI.I sweared to myself that I will not be watching SVOI from now on.I pray to god that viewer level of the show should degrade.
The passion that TOSHI exhibits while singing is wonderful.He outperforms the original singer.

I also cried like you all, actually I had cried earlier also on other eliminations, I can always feel how the eliminated participant feels. But some body has to go, every Friday, as per the rules. Toshi’s elimination at such an early phase was sad. But if votes decide the fate, what else can be expected? Doesn’t the same votes choose persons our ministers?
But The judges and Gajendra Singh can only do somethng to bring him back but then they have to bring all others also who were eliminated like Arshpreet, Prantik or Prantika etc.
Let us see what they do? Jatin jee was quite vociferous about KUCHH TO KARNA HI PAREGA! anyway it is beyond doubt that all the Bemisal 12 are good, only if they select best 4 or 5 then may be it would be more just!!

Now comes the second shock, which will be after today’s show is aired. I learnt that Priyani Vani is the one going out today. I am not sure what compulsions Gajendra Jee has, but it is really heart wrenching to see the best being shown the door, that too when somewhat not that good are staying, just on the power of Public Votes.
But only one thing I would like to say to all the out going contestants, Amitabh Bachchan was denied a job in AIR as he didn’t have “a good quality of Voice”. So friend singers, keep it up, this is not the end of world, your qualities will be honoured, you will all get what you deserve
we all fans should do something rather than crying for him.We should try to help him make website or encourage him by our letters that he should not give up as I actually have made a record and I have stopped listening the original versions of the songs he sung .This voice is something…..just great.SVOI should not bring him back because these channels don’t deserve him.His voice should be every where,he is already a big singer.

I just posted my signature on Shad’s link. I must say - VOI is a joke. Let me just refresh you guys about a similar show called - “Meri Aawaz Suno” compered in the late 90s by Annu Kapoor (who was incredibly original then. He sucks now). Sunidhi Chauhan was born as a result of that show. I sat glued to the TV set every tuesday and watched her fight the competition. She was not great. Her voice did not resemble a nightingale. But her passion and presentation were very infectious. She won not because she was the youngest, but because she was the toughest.Almost a decade later, I saw this guy called Toshi and was stunned by his performance. No extra tags. No Ass licking. Plain, focussed, humble and passion-personified. Mind you - I’m not writing this post because he comes from Jaipur or he sang in dance bars but because, he is tough and full of conviction. This is an original voice. He is an original sight. He is a unique performer. He’s learnt it the tough way and everytime he sings, he only wants to compete with himself and not to win contracts from prod. houses or music labels. I hate to see him eliminated. Know what guys - Fuck them all. Everytime, someone like Toshi gets fucked, it’s the sensibility of acknowledging something very special - that gets fucked. We are weaving our minds with mediocrity. It’s a shame. I’m sure, it’s not as tough as voting a government. Do something sensible by atleast voting Toshi back in.

The moment toshi got voted out for the second time I, along with my maaaaaany friends literally stopped watching VOI. This prog. has now become a crap. I challange if someone can give me a single good reason of his unjust elimination apart from stupid public voting. I too have lot of doubts whether he got such a fewer votes. I think brining him back was just a part of the nasty game, may be just to increase the TRP of the prog.

Again the same story. This time it is toshi what the heck is happening. I am sure they are playing with the votes, and i am very sure that it is not the people’s fault, it is the organizers, this is just a game they play for TRP and of course money, so cheap and lowly to play with talent. I read the comments that explained the difference in the original and toshi’s song it wsa simply great. Wonder what is happenign to VOI, cut the crap guys (organiser & Judges) I’m sure if it was A.R. Rahman in the show, he would just taken Toshi like a priced possesion. What a song and what a way to sing. Looks like India needs no good singers or are the singers themselves worried about their run in the younger generation race. Please whatever is the organizers idea, stop playing with people that too youngsters.
Toshi, you still have a bright future, true and hard work will definitely pay off. If a person like the guest can say “you sang better than the original” those were golden words, keep them as your trophy. God bless U.
