No surprises here. As per the news which we received earlier this week, Toshi has been voted out.
It was good to see Toshi keeping his composer on news of elimination. I guess he has lot of hard work ahead of him and keeping a cool head while he marches on his journey is important. I wish him all the best.
And Dear Aadesh, what is it with ‘Saraswati Ma ki Kasam’? [On a side note, which Saraswati Ma are we talking about? Actual Saraswati Ma OR Lata Mangeshkarji as per Shaan? (Pardon my humor, I am not in a good mood because Toshi has been eliminated).] What makes you think that there is one person (or group of people) behind Toshi’s elimination? Get a life and focus on your musical career. Thank you.
Anyway, we had some very good performances today and I hope tomorrow’s episode keeps up with the expectations.

Irfan voted out in 26th October episode
And as we learned earlier this week, Irfan has been voted out. It was really sad to see him go after he gave two fantastic performances. I feel that among all the contestants, Irfan was the most versatile and sincere. Not only he sang all kind of songs, you can feel the sincerity and effort he has put in each and every performance. Dear Irfan, I wish you all the best and hope you may reach new heights as you go on your music journey.
Abhilasha Elimination on 13th October Episode
First of all, sorry for uploading videos of 13th October Episode so late. The reason was that the source where I get the videos did not upload them till Sunday morning, hence the delay.
Anyway, the episode started with the elimination which did not happen yesterday. Irfan, Priyani and Abhilasha are in chakrawat and it’s Abhilasha who gets eliminated. Not only did Abhilasha not cry, she accepted the elimination with a smile on her face. [Reminds me of the song 'Tum Itna Jo Muskura Rahe Ho, Kya Gum Hai Jisko Chupa Rahe Ho..]
All the ‘Abhilasha is immmature’ comments we kept hearing about Abhilasha so far, it was a very mature reaction when it was her turn to leave the stage. Shaan and Abhilasha sang the song ‘Shona’ (from the movie Ta Ra Rum Pum) and it was a great performance! Though I was bit harsh in my comments when she said that ‘wild card round is not fair’, I was sad to see her go. Good luck, Abhilasha.
Results(?) from 12th October Episode
I am running short on time so I will summarize the results:
1. Abhilasha, Priyani and Irfan are in bottom three.
2. Rani tells contestants not to lose hope.
3. Rani gave idol of ‘Saraswati Ma’ to all the contestants.
3. Rani declares that there won’t be any elimination today.
Hurrah. Go home. Nothing to see here.
