Abhaas, Irfan sing Laaga Chunari Mein Daag
Finally we have Abhaas and Irfan were on stage and they sang ‘Laga Chunari Mein Daag’. Irfan gave an AWESOME start to the performance. And it was very good performance overall. Looks like VoI magic is back! Very good performances all around. Enjoy!
Irfan sings Dil Chahta Hai
Finally we have Irfan on stage and he sings ‘Dil Chahta Hai’. It’s one of my favorite song and Irfan sang it beautifully. Very good performance. 
Ehsaan commented that it’s a very difficult song and he did a very good job and Ehsaan liked that he was very comfortable on the stage.

Irfan sings Parda Hai Parda
After Abhaas, Irfan comes on stage and he sings ‘Parda Hai Parda’ from the movie ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’.
Did I just not tell Gajji to tell participant not to bring judges on the stage? Please, it’s getting embarassing now. Neetu sing was a sweet heart and played a sport, if I was there, I would have kicked Irfan in particular spot and ask him to concentrate on singing. [Didn't Isha told him to concentrate on singing? Will he learn something?]
Rishi mentioned an interesting anecdote where he said that in the song he had to light off the fire and he actually did it with his bare hands in ‘josh’ and later found that he burned his hands!

Irfan sings Rabba Rabba Mee Barsa
What a performance by Irfan! He sung ‘Rabba Rabba’ from the movie ‘Monsoon Wedding’ and I thought it was mind blowing. Surprisingly, Lalit gave 8 points to him citing that the song choice was not right. I call bull on that. I completely agree with Arbaz who said that it doesn’t matter what song he chose, what matters is how did he perform the chosen song. Full marks from my side.

Irfan sings Luka Chupi
After Sumitra, Irfan, Prithvi Team contestant, came on stage and he sung ‘Luka Chupi’ from ‘Rang De Basanti’. Very good performance. Loved it. I think original song was sung by Lataji and somehow I felt that song was more suited to female voice than male voice. Still, good performance by Irfan. And yes, Irfan is in ‘chakrawat’.
