Sumitra sings Jiya Jale
After that little off track drama about Pandit family, Sumitra came on the stage to perform ‘Jiya Jale’ from the movie ‘Dil Se’. Good Performance.

Title says it all:
Was it really required? May be I am an insensitive jerk.
Irfan sings Rind Posh Maal
Irfan was next and he sung ‘Rind Posh Maal’ from ‘Mission Kashmir’. Why he would bring Jimmy Shergil on stage is beyond me. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I really wish everyone would pay attention to their singing instead of trying these gimmicks, they aren’t fooling anyone.
But yes, I completely agree with Irfan, when he told Shaan that he doesn’t like it when Shaan says that he is from South India. My detailed thoughts on this topic will come in another post.

And here’s the original version:
Harshit sings Ghanan Ghanan
Harshit was next and he sung ‘Ghanan Ghanan’ from the movie ‘Lagaan’. As usual, good performance from Harshit. Aadesh came on stage to talk about Harshit and I completely agree when he said that he is very sincere. Even though I have not met him personally, when you see his performance, you do feel the sincerity and his desire to give the best performance. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wins. Good luck, Harshit.

Ishmit sings Dil Le Gayi Kudi
After Mirande, Ishmit performed ‘Dil Le Gayi Kudi’. I thought he completely failed in catching the tempo of the song, he sung it much slower than original and it was …. un-impressive.
