Arshpreet sings Mainu Ishq Da Lagiya Rog
After Ishmit, it was Arshpreet’s turn and she sung ‘Mainu Ishq Da Lagiya Rog’ from the movie ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’.
Even though Shaan really liked her performance, but it did not work for me. I agree with Alka that the ‘feel was missing’. Pooja Bhatt also said that she need to lose herself and immerse in the song.

Ishmit sings Bheegay Honth Tere
Next up was Ishmit with ‘Bheegay Honth Tere’ from the movie ‘Murder’. What do I comment? I think I will have to agree with Aadesh and Lalit that he couldn’t fully capture the mood of the song. I wonder how could Mukesh Bhatt say that he sung it better than original. And I hate Abhijeet for shouting and doing that bhangra nonsense. Someone tell him that he has a mike in his hand and he doesn’t need to shout.

Toshi sings Phirta Rahoon
After little argument between judges, Toshi came up next to sing ‘Phirta Rahoon’ from the movie ‘Killer’. Awesome performance by Toshi. I am not a big fan of this song, but Toshi made me like it. Mahesh Bhatt said “Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant.” Pooja Bhatt said “Code number kya hai .. mein abhi SMS kar deti hoon.”
And as usual, Toshi did a vote appeal with a a shaayari:

Priyani sings Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikla
After Sumitra, it was Priyani’s turn to sing ‘Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikla’ from the movie Zakhm. It is one of my favorite song and Priyani did full justice to the song. All guest judges liked her performance. Alka said that she expected more from her. Abhijeet cut her off and told her not find faults in her singing. I really hate when both Abhijeet and Aadesh cut some one off when they are presenting their thoughts. They really need to learn some manners. I think Agni team was bit unfair in giving her only 7 out of 10. I thought she deserved 8/10. What do you think?

Sumitra sings Dil Ko Hazaar Baar
Sumitra was the first to perform and she sang ‘Dil Ko Hazaar Baar’ from the movie ‘Murder’. I thought she was very good. She captured the ‘naughtiness’ present in the song very well. I really like her voice. All the judges liked her performance. BTW, I did not know that original song was sung by Alisha.
