Alright, I am very late but I finally managed to upload all the videos of 13th October episode.
Today for the third time, it’s Jugalbandhi time on VoI. And this time, participants are going to pair up with the judges! Now, if you pair participants with Alka and Abhijeet it is still okie, but making Jatin, Lalit and Aadesh sing? We really don’t want any more Himesh Reshamiya’s here, do we?
And if that was not enough, the script writer swings in to action again and comes up with ‘Bhul Bhalaiya’ theme to call upon participants on stage. The idea might have been ok but the implementation was, ridiculous. Shiney was reading the notes from the paper and Judges were trying to act hard to show that they were trying to solve the puzzle. Gaji, please, I beg of you, fire the script writer if you want to save this show.
And if you thought that ‘Bhul Bhulaiya’ theme was enough of a horror, you would be glad to find that it doesn’t end there. They decided to make participants sing their ‘past best performance’. I have no words to explain how lousy the idea is. But well, what can you do?

Surprise Guests sing Mann Kyon Behka
And we have some two young girls on stage and they sing ‘Mann Kyon Behka’. Wow, what an outstanding performance! Looks like VoI is going to follow SRGMP footsteps and announce another series on Amul Star Childish Voice Of India. Just kidding.
Seriously, can’t they make the current participants sing these kind of songs instead of the useless songs they are singing these days? I can bet that TRP will go in stratosphere if you have right song selection, especially now that SRGMP is over and no other music reality shows are running.
And yes, I am going to include this in ‘Best Of VoI’ category if you don’t mind.
